How can I send WAVES from the exchange to my wallet? I've downloaded Waves Lite Wallet, when I clicked on the deposit of waves, it asked me to send min 0.01 BTC to their address.

Thanks, 1 more question, if I lost the computer that has the wallet, how can I restore the wallet? If someone knows my username and password, s/he can steals my coins easily right?
And how can I send back the coins to the exchange, should click "send" button instead of "withdraw" right?
