Your remaining account balance was already payed out for you. We did not only cancel your winning bets, there were bets that we payed out for you that was due to the bug/error also.
You have received mail regarding this.
For security reason we locked your account until this is fixed (deadline posted to you) so you will not hint other players to do the same thing.

I dont have mail for these bets.
I only have mail for 3 winner bet IDs, which you dont give details on what bets they are, that they are canceled.
All i know is that it is not fair, and i don't use any bug.
I see on email now, you say 1st of May, I will wait to see my account and see specific details.
