You get the value at the time of investment. So whether on you invest with $1000 worth of btc or $1000 of Game you will get the same amount of MGO.
Oh except the obvious extra 7% for investing with Game.
You have nothing to loose by at the time it investing swapping btc or any other crypto for Game. You only have 7% to gain

I don't think it's true.
Why?
They would have to keep a complete record of the price of any coin that can be used to enter the ICO, at any time during the ICO.
So, I'm still waiting for an answer from the MobileGo team.
