Selling hacked/stolen localbitcoin accounts.
Leaving fake profile feedback for flagging him.
It's not against forum rules to use a purchased account. If the account has been dead for 2 years it's hard to prove a case that that the account has been hacked.
What proof do you have? False accusations aren't taken lightly here.
