Where do you hear that rumors? Maybe he's right but this time it's hard to predict if when will it happens so if I were you don't buy bitcoin and much better if you invest some of them to altcoins just I can't say if what altcoins because I don't have the knowledge to trade it's just a suggestion you can ignore it of course.
Rumors can be heard out anywhere and it cant be avoided because there are people will say about dumping of the price.Checking on the price of bitcoin its really high to buy now and we dont know if its a new floor or just the ceiling which will make us hard to guess or assume if this is the best time to buy or wait a little bit more.If youd wanted to risk then its your choice as long you do know on what you are doing.
