It should only be a "no", don't mix up things such as i know better than god either. If i would be commanded by god to kill my own child for me to serve him and for me to have everlasting life, is it way too selfish if that happens? As far as i know he is a loving God so why would he kill his own men for the sake of one's dreams and ambition? For me those commands are worth opposing.
