In CCex there's VTA and i'm confused if it was really the VirtaCoinPlus as the bitcointalk link directs from the last old thread.
Yeah, lots of confussion out there. I think C-Cex have re-listed vta deliberately. They asked for about $4.000 for listing XVP. Because they didn't get this huge payment, they want to revenge somehow. I myself believe so...
