Guys to my mind it's not a right place to discuss about howmuch traffic does bitsler has from btctalk signatures and etc. If you think that signature campaign doesn't worths for them, they aren't silly to "waste" money.
AFAIK, if people get vip or legendary tag next to their username they will get bonuses from admin, but how much and how often, that's beyond my knowledge!
As Baryom said, vip and legendary members are awarded very often and also that depends on player, if vip/legendary is active, he/she gets reward.
