I dont think Paypal is a scam, its just that it has a high charges to users. And, many people already used this Paypal globally. Maybe people think its a scam because they find it difficulty to used the service.
agreed, though it can't be denied that many of their client was complaining in terms of their services. But it does not mean they scam there customer. Maybe there must be some other reason why some of their customers facing difficulty it can be they're customer did something violation or breaking their rules, something like that.
yes ,and paypal is not to handy for sone people but in terms of using it and have available funds you can contact their support if any problems occur ..Paypal is not scam depending also their rules and agreement if you violate one like you said.
