I tried also IPsec protocol, it also works!
So it seems that China block the PPTP, but IKEv2 & IPsec both work.

Can ss be used for wallet sync on win10?

I tried ss on my Mac. The result is negative. No! I can't sync with ss.
It's better to buy a VPN which support IKEv2 or IPsec.
