1. Yup
2. There is no monthly average. Sometimes 7% in a day, sometimes 1% or less.
3. I don't hold anything for long at all. If you see any profit, sell and put in another lower buy order.
Other than that I'm not sharing my secrets because they work well for me. Don't ever keep your money on an exchange. Withdraw even if the fees are a pain. Someday you'll be happy if/when that exchange is "hacked" or funds are stolen.
