This is just stupid. No one is gonna give a shit what you do with their body after they are dead. Do you think this will deter terrorist suicide bombers? How about those guys that shoot a bunch of people and then kill themselves? You think they care about their bodies?
The only way this can work is if we can resurrect the dead then lock them up in zombie jail.
