Because they think thats the highest price and they need to sell before it goes down after the dividends rolled out.

or it is bag holder dumping some.to lower price as lower price at div time means more posw and then re pump after

It makes sense; dividends/posw usd amount = posw coin amount.

If someone dumps,other will buy it cheap. How is going to increase the profit of exchange? Dividend is profit distributed among investors and if posw has high rates,posw exchange will get more income.
