I second that. Millions of Americans on the West coast can't trade on Kraken and can only get ICN on shapeshift.
What americans can't trade on kraken? I am in california and trade just fine..
Washington State residents for one. We can't trade on Poloniex, Kraken or Bitfinex because exchanges are requiered to get a money transmitters license.
Other states have other rules but it's not only Washington State.
