 What this basically means is that if you don't get paid by another user within 48hours of your funds request due to one reason or the other, you do not have to wait to be paired with another user, that would then have another 48hours to pay or default again, instead your fund request is automatically entered into the INSTANT POOL, where another active participant would then volunteer to pay you within 6 hours. The attraction for the other user that chooses to pay the instant fund within the 6hours is that instead of the regular 30days maturity period for pledged funds, instant funds take 72 hours, so you get 30% interest along with the funds back in 3days. A win-win situation for both participants.
