Also, this idiot who sat in his car near the plant while it was on fire (before/unintentionally during the explosion), WITH his young daughter in the car. 
They are very lucky to have survived.

Being close to a fire is never a good thing but... they really were not that close and the explosion was amazingly powerful. There have been fires I have been closer too then that and I just stayed and watched too. I know better now.
