Ok I get it it happens and what most people do is click forgot username/password and then have to enter the email they used and the information is sent there. Or the other option he could have done as well was fully explain in the live chat to support how he forgot the login and they could have assisted him. Betcoin is a shay as fuck operation but this time they were fully within their rights to close his account and seize his winnings. He broke the rules. No one should feel bad and he only has himself to blame for his problems.
