Hey, thanks for the reply.
They made the decision to cease exchange activity indefinitely. Users with BTC could withdraw to private wallets while USD funds are only accessible via ACH transfer to a US bank account. I do not have a US bank account, and they have not made any information public on what/when non-US users might be reimbursed. I'm about two weeks away from personal liquidity issues, yet have a little over 2500 USD in my bitfloor account.
