You cannot depend only on income from signature campaign for living and if you are doing it the you are putting your life at huge risk as there is full possibility that signature campaign will disappear in future and you would be having no source of income so its always good to to have multiple sources of earning money.
We are talking of steady income here and we all know signature is not steady and for me it's not even a good amount of income to be used for our needs to survive. People must understand that it is only small value of money given as reward and it's suppose not to be taken seriously as a money making activity because you might feel comfortable and will miss the most important thing that will give you a real decent income.
Sig campaign is for extra income only, the earnings you can get is limited and not enough to sustain your daily expenses. having a stable job is still the best to have a steady income thats why im still working while doing extra job and managing my business.
