Quite a lot of rumors you will always read around here. Nothing is definite in bitcoins, it is hard to predict when bitcoins will pump or when it will dump. You just have to time it right and look for signs yourself. Usually when there are good news coming in, like the previous ETF pending decision, it actually gave bitcoins a good pump, but did a dump when it was denied.
