Block versions

Some pools are signalling incorrect block versions, causing a warning in nodes to upgrade:

Can all pool operators please ensure that their pools are generating version 113 blocks.

It appears a NOMP pool is also using BIP 9 version bits, e.g.

Other pools signalling version 112 is in danger of being cut off from the network.
