People keep saying that BTC is dead due to they want to promote the other altcoins, they want to say that Bitcoin are going down to bring up other altcoins in the market. Also, they try to encourage the people to decrease their investment in Bitcoin to support the life of other altcoins in the market.
Also bankers..I imagine 'bankers' say this a lot to others and themselves ..usually with the words along the line of 'wtf' 'how the F*ck does this btc stuff work" ..fun stuff like that
