Whoever is developing this, they didn't properly design the timezone, and it made it look like the reset was in 11 hours but it reset an hour later. 
Hmm... I'll look into this later. Probably a problem converting the time to your local time zone.
It uses the standard javascript Date module, so it should work, but it seems in this case it didn't.
Could you post what it shows after 'Next Reset:'?
