Aren't you gonna change your qualification to your participants to promote your campaign, Because I noticed you only got 2 participants who is promoting your campaign. Why don't you try to revise your qualification to the participant and make an open slot for newbie like me too so that victorious will promote fast, just make an adjustment payment for newbie, and up rank.
