edit 4: The brand new 2 week old blockchain have completed syncing within 3 minutes and my new hyper shows up. 
I have also submitted my second transaction from bittrex. However, you won't be able to search in the block explorer yet. I am ok with it might showing as pending than some thief might falsely claiming.

The TxID being submitted before its shown on the block is one of the things I look for when a dispute arises. For instance, another user here has a swap pending from April 28 that isn't on the block explorer. I can't confirm it exists but can't say it doesn't yet so can't send it.
