I have just read back and you showed some screenshots seems legit at all and one thing that im confused that how did you play if you dont have email address? As far as i know you would really need it for you to play since you would really register.If you hit 10000 number and they didnt pay on the said prize then its quiet suspicious.Just keep on follow up and youre hell luck of a guy to hit 10000.
I think it is easy for admin/wetsuit to track his rolls history, if he really hit the 10k numbers then it should recorded on their system. Lets see and wait for admin to check it, if he really hit it then he deserve the prize and should be credited on his account.
Yeah it would really be an easy thing for them to track their players roll history but they are somehow denying the payment/prize on hitting those numbers.Im not really going on one sided because i do really like to know what would admin would say regarding on this matter.The player have shown already some images on their conversations and honestly im not satisfied/convinced.
