Decentralised platforms like Qora eventually need to exist without relying on centralised exchanges like poloniex, the first ones to break free are like squat junkies getting off methadone,  getting clean, becoming decentralised. Qora has great tech, if people use it the Qora token becomes valuable. Poloniex listing or delisting isn't the prime directive.
