So they are a scam because they allow pre-orders? No one is telling you that you have to pre-order.
Many legit companies have pre-orders. Infact anything you buy a ticket for later use is a pre-order, so movie tickets are a scam too?
It's not shame to be fast, albeit that sounds a bit too fast but somehow i doubt it's impossibly fast with skilled people (OrSoC).
EDIT: Just to be clear, i'm not saying either way, only that it is possible this is not a scam so far.
