You go on strike for what purpose? If you want to change something then you must have a plan of action. I see you only have slogans and nothing more. It seems to me that strike for you is a way of expression. This is a chance when you can break the law and hide in the crowd.

No one goes on strike for pleasure... It takes time, money and isn't really a good way to have good relationships with your boss...
People go on strike when they have no other ressort. When it's either going on strike or seeing people fired.
And in most cases the plan of action is rather simple... Stop feeding the shareholder and start caring for those who actually work...
