Regulations of pre-ico clearly stated that the owner of sonm.io is (according to whom is databases) Andrew Voronkov, performing this crowdfunding.

What kind of fraud is that? Show the documents based on which you fraud escrow to pay you money. Legendary SebastianJu definitely had good documents to pass you all funds unless he is also a part of this fraud.
Your statement is clear that you dont need to pay because agreement was with Andrew not you, but on other side you cant be owner of sonm.io. Only way to this preICO is by violating my agreement by you - Alexei Antonov, Andrev Voronkov and Sergei Ponomarev.
I try to mediate and negotiate to save sonm brand value but they attitude and final statement is the same all the time. In short -> We (Alexei and Sergei and Andrew) trick you and dont need to pay anything. ( I think that I am not the only one tricked by you).
To avoid payment to me is some kind of fraud please show some details and agreements I am really interested.
