Your problem is that what you're posting is a Samsung strap. Not a Hynix strap. You're not using the Samsung straps with Hynix memories. Tweak the other set.

Since I am new to this kind of thing, what do you mean by the other set? 2:1750 to 2:2000 or 1:1500 to 1:2000 or something else?
