Not correct. BitcoinHodler already pointed out that there's also other coins that are being sent to a burn address. Also there's the genesis block where the reward is unspendable.

If you have that such amount in your wallet I think you can, if you use an online wallet there's a limit. The highest bitcoin transaction I know was about half a million.
