Bitcoin is an anonymous currency and I dont think theirs any law about supporting it in countries
Bitcoin can be used worldwide almost by anyone who knows to get around with it.
Those countries are just scared on what will be the possible result if they are going to let bitcoin as a method of payment to them. Because it is uncontrollable and they don't have powers to make movement on it's value. If they will going to let it enter their economy, it's either their economy will be manipulated by a single whale.
