how do you know if the said computers are not fully operational already?
as if goverments and the agencies' sole purpose is to let the general public know about their progress in certain areas
if the quantum computers are a reality,bitcoins would be the least of all the problems
Maybe the future behind quantum computers, but this is not for ordinary users.
