Don't worry mate, there's no ritual needed for you to start to trade. Just simply buy those alt coins that you wish to buy and you think that will grow in no time. Also if you think that you think that you love to hold bitcoin, then just start buying it as the price of it keeps increasing. Follow some traders thread here in forum, you'll be fine and keep on doing some research.
Do research first before buying anything, if he would buy altcoins right now without researching or doing analysis will lead him to losses and it will make him regret. I think it is better if he study first the market and the movements of the altcoins or bitcoins and read a lot of news to determine if this is the right time to buy or not.
It's a must that's why I did said that he should keep to do it and it's a continuous process. As a trader we tend to absorb different helpful knowledge from other traders, threads, blogs and as well as from our experiences.
