Haye you can't join in signature campaign because " full member" are not allowed to join in signature campaign please read first page
Full member can join only in avatar campaign.
He did write that he is joining the avatar campaign and not the signature campaign, even though he added the signature as well. I do hope that he/she has read the first page.
