I just did a small test transaction over at CoinExchange.IO. I sent some bitcoin there and bought some HOdl and then sent that Hodl to a local wallet and re-locked it for a year.

P.S. I like a security feature they have there so when you initiate a transfer to withdraw funds they send you an email with a verification link that must be completed before the transaction will proceed. Pretty cool!
