Bitcoin is on fire so everyone is taking profit this is the reason of recent dump almost equal to ICO price so chance for those who missed the crowdsale. Price will rise it has potential to hit 50k before end of this month.
The guppy will rise again if the bitcoin price has a decrease of about $400
I really don't think the low price is because of BTC rally, I think someone is manipulating the price, I have seen this with alot of new tokens on exchanges, it happens alot just hold on to your tokens so you won't be chasing the price when the rally starts
