1. There is a percentage transfer fee. I was supposed to receive $45.59 they sent $47.71 but I received $44.83 because of the transfer fee.
Sometimes it might happened. Its just because paypal has different fees in different countries, as we dont know know the recipient original country we just cover standard most popular PP fee, you can contact us via help@hiribi.com and we will solve this, not a problem.
