Yes i use windows 10. I downloaded on this page https://github.com/ProjectRadium/Radium/releases/tag/v1.4.5 the wallet.

I added all the nodes i found here https://i.gyazo.com/9c0ee20e7f2514f8271de09384c6eb61.png  and still nothing happens. Thanks if you can help me
