Next time it's rising that fast, start expecting a little mini-crash or two. If we don't get them it's actually a bad thing. Tell yourself you don't know exactly when it's going to happen, but you're sure that it will at some point. Remember that trying to time the movements with buys and sells is too risky. Also remember that someday it will go higher. Forget the ups and downs.
