If someone need a valid "xivra.conf" that allow you to sync the Xivra Wallet here is my working config :

Just put it inside your "xivra.conf" file that is located to (Windows 7 and Up) "C:\Users\YourWindowsUser\AppData\Roaming\Xivra"
