I really think that there is nothing better than trading, because holding bitcoin does not require any kind of skills.
All you have to know, is how to buy and transfer the BTC, and obviously how the basics of the blockchain work. You dont need any other knowledge about it, to invest into BTC (e.g buy 1.0 btc for a long-term)
The case is totally different if you are going to trade, and it does not matter if it is forex trading, stock market or even altcoin trading. All of that may give great opportunities for an experienced trader, but it is a very hard task to be successful on a longer term with trading. WIthout a proper education about the market you are trading, there is no chance to make a good, constant growth on your balance.
Yes, without experience and constant training, it makes no sense to go into trade. Trade is a way to increase the assets. So it is very important. Just keeping bitcoin is beneficial, but this will not increase the number of coins
Trading always need experience otherwise simply you will loose your money, there are many people showing interest towards cryptocurrency trading but they don't have any proper experience on it. In the same way, bitcoin is also an investment you need to sell them and make money according to the market.
