I suspect tons of insider trading going on. For example look at the charts before major news. I.e. the dumpings before polo delistings and accumulation before listings.
Yes you are right, recently polo added gnosis which was privately funded by few millionaires. And i think polo have also invested in it, they announced they will list them a long time before listing it, which is not how they used to list other coins before.I think this is one of the example of insider trading.
