Can someone please explain where I have gone wrong with my fee? Bare in mind that when I broadcasted this transaction the avergage fee was 60 sat/B. My fee is 100 sat/B which totals 0.00244634 but it's been stuck for like a day and a half or something.
Where am I going wrong?

It does not matter what the fee was at the time you broadcasted the transaction, a miner doesn't care about the order in which he received the transaction, he only cares about which transaction in his mempool has the highest fee/byte, even if older transactions are still unconfirmed.
