There was a Time yesterday when me and another player both got stuck at 20 energy and didn't regen any ( at the same time) when I asked in global chat, no one answered for a bit, and when they did it was fixed, but it did stick both of us at 20

So, everyone: be careful when selling used equipment, you will see the full price when dragging over merchant, not the durability-adjusted price.
