Lost some money yesterday trying to day trade 
I used to daytrade in crypto. Got burnt so often that I stopped about two years ago. Now I've made buckets of money.
Patience is absolute key in crypto. Invest in a project with a solid foundation (eg. Stratis, ethereum, dash), then sit back, "forget" about your investment for a year or two, and then reap the rewards.
Daytrade is profitable in bearish market, for bullish market, holding is the most profitable thing. I never day trade Stratis.
