on a cursory inspection it has ~70million coins
and putting staking=0 in yr conf doesnt work
i'm just going to do a full sync from scratch for competleness

a full sync leads to difficulties :p
ie a non-responding wallet,
and i haven't had the leisure to address the issue usefully as yet.
so nothing further to report yet.
