It's useless if you can earn about 1$ / post and say if you post 5 posts in one hour that would be 5$/ hour. So who is wasting time on collecting those pennies ?

You can definitely start earn bitcoins without any fiat, except for internet. You could offer your services here on this forum and that would be the most efficient way to earn more.
