Devon is good too or at least a lot better than most (which is all you need!)

I believe once Alexandria goes big... I'm supposed to have a Urinal named after me at the office.   (Life goals eh?)

I actually own a little tiny bit of the grunt fund as well as I recall.  I really like this project.
